These Australian blue mussels are grown in the Mediterranean style to be small, soft and sweet in the pristine waters of Eyre Peninsula. They are tender, succulent mussels bursting with a rich and sweet flavour and high meat to shell ratio. Mussels are bursting with nutrients your body needs. They are a great source of zinc, omega 3, iodine, selenium and Vitamins A and B12, and are high in protein and iron. A healthy, delicious meal perfectly cooked with our house-made chilli tomato sauce and serve up with garlic bread.
