FAMILLE GUEGUEN
Wine Loft Special & Tasting | 27 - 30 Mar 2025
Located in the heart of Chablis Céline and Frédéric Gueguen come from families of winegrowers dating back nearly 500 years, with extensive experience in the vineyards and Domaines of the region the pair set out in 2013 to craft modern wines that respect and express the nature of the terroirs they come from. Open to taste and available by the glass this weekend, we will be pouring two classics in their Aligote and Petit Chablis - versatile wines that pair brilliantly with a wide range of foods, however we recommend them alongside our Charcoal Aburi Hiramasa with Hokkaido black miso and karasumi.

ROMANO DOGLIOTTI
Wine Loft Special & Tasting | 3 - 6 April 2025
Stubborn as most of the winemakers from the Langhe, Romano Dogliotti remains tied to the traditions but open to new technologies of which wanted to equip his new winery.
The result is a wine production at the highest level, worthy heir of the noble Piedmontese tradition but open to the future, with attention to different market needs and a clientele of connoisseurs increasingly careful and documented.

Sake is an incredibly versatile product which can be crafted in an almost endless number of styles from luscious and juicy to earthy, savoury and umami rich it makes for an excellent drink which can be as complex and diverse as some of the greatest wines we have on our shelves.
