Delight in our crispy panko chicken and rich Cha Siu pork, perfectly nestled in soft Lotus bao buns.

The Cha Siu pork bao features crunchy peanuts, tangy pickled daikon, fresh cucumber, coriander, aromatic mint, red onion, shallots, and a kick of spicy hoisin mayonnaise.

The crispy panko chicken bao is loaded with crisp pickled carrots, fragrant fried garlic, spring onions, a hit of spicy Sriracha, toasted sesame, and a delightful rainbow slaw.

Oven: Preheat to 160°C and heat for 5 minutes.

Mushrooms and tofu are the meat substitutes.
