Savour the delight of French-style ham and cheese croquettes, made with a rich béchamel sauce blended with two fine cheeses and high-quality free-range ham. Each croquette is shaped by hand, coated in crispy breadcrumbs and deep-fried to perfection.

Orders must be placed at least 48 hours in advance.
Catering items are collection only and must be ordered separately from delivery items.

Instructions

Oven: Preheat to 160°C and heat for 5 - 10 minutes. Microwave: In 30-second intervals for 2 minutes.

Jamon, comte cheese, milk, unsalted butter, all-purpose flour, breadcrumbs, eggs, salt, black pepper, vegetable oil, ripe tomatoes, red chilli, sugar, red wine & vinegar.
